Troy Donockley (30 de maio de 1964) é um guitarrista, vocalista e tocador de Uilleann pipes e tin whistle inglês. 

Atualmente é membro do grupo finlandês de metal sinfônico Nightwish, tendo sido oficializado como sexto membro em 2013.

Já tocou também com a banda Iona e The Bad Shepherds.
